Chaat Pe Charcha is a collaborative cultural food project where Maya and I prepared Indian and Filipino dishes as a way to explore connection, identity, and storytelling through cooking—a practice that has always been therapeutic for me. To visually document the experience, I created an illustration using riso‑inspired colors to highlight the layered nature of our shared traditions, conversations, and the warmth of the meal itself. The project blends food, culture, and art into a single moment that celebrates community and creative exchange.
